Precautions

This medication should not be taken by children under 7 years of age. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic disorders such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Individuals with soybean oil hypersensitivity or a history of allergies, as well as those with soybean or peanut allergies, should also avoid this medication. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis, or those who need to be careful with lipid emulsions should take this medication with caution. If you or your family have an allergic constitution or are taking other medications, consult with a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medication for about 2 weeks, discontinue use immediately and consult with a specialist. You must adhere to the specified dosage and directions, and patients at risk of lipid overload should check plasma lipid levels and adjust the dosage of this medication accordingly. Additionally, if you are receiving other injectable lipid products, reduce the dosage of that lipid product considering the amount of lipids contained in this medication. Store out of reach of children, keep away from direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. To maintain quality, do not transfer to other containers and prevent misuse.
