Precautions

This medication can cause severe side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic drinks daily, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. Long-term use in patients with heart or vascular issues or risk factors may increase the risk of serious cardiovascular events like myocardial infarction or stroke. Symptoms related to cardiovascular issues should be carefully monitored during treatment, particularly in individuals with hypertension or heart disease. Serious gastrointestinal side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation may occur, especially in older adults or those who use the medication for extended periods. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal problems such as ulcers or bleeding should not take this medication. Those with severe liver, kidney, or cardiac function impairment should also avoid this medication. Individuals allergic to this medication or with a history of asthma, or hypersensitivity to aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not take it. Use during the last three months of pregnancy may harm the fetus, so it is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended dosage and avoid taking concurrently with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
