If a child has overdosed, contact a doctor or emergency services immediately. This medication contains the artificial sweetener aspartame, and should not be taken by patients with phenylketonuria, a specific hereditary condition. Individuals with allergies to this medication, infants under 12 months old, those with iron metabolism disorders, and patients with iron overload should not use it. If there is anemia due to infection or tumors, it should be taken only after treating the underlying condition. During treatment, do not take this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, etc. Additionally, it is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, as well as milk or dairy products before and after taking this medication.
