Relief of inflammation and pain such as in rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
This medication is effective in the treatment of inflammatory joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis. It is also used for the alleviation of fever and pain caused by colds, as well as for lower back pain, dysmenorrhea, and postoperative pain relief. Additionally, it can be applicable for ankylosing spondylitis, headaches, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, soft tissue injuries (sprains, strains), and non-articular rheumatic conditions (tendinitis, tenosynovitis, bursitis). It is a reliable medication that helps to improve symptoms of various inflammation and pain-related diseases.
Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Take 200-600 mg orally per dose, 3-4 times a day. The maximum daily dose can be up to 3200 mg. For mild to moderate pain and colds: Take 200-400 mg orally per dose, 3-4 times a day. Adjust appropriately according to age and symptoms.
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: administer 30-40 mg per kg of body weight orally in 3-4 divided doses per day.
This medication can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding for individuals who regularly consume more than three cups of alcohol daily, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) including this medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction and stroke in patients with heart or vascular issues or risk factors. During treatment, blood pressure control may become challenging, so individuals with high blood pressure or heart function problems need to be particularly cautious. Due to potential serious issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforations, elderly patients or those on long-term treatment should carefully monitor their gastrointestinal condition. Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, or severely impaired liver, kidney, or heart function should avoid taking this medication. Patients with bronchial asthma or who have had allergic reactions to aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medications should also avoid its use. This medication should not be taken during the late stages of pregnancy as it may harm the fetus; breastfeeding individuals should consider stopping breastfeeding or discontinuing the medication. Do not exceed the recommended dosage and do not take it with other NSAIDs. Individuals with blood disorders or a tendency to bleed, or with liver or kidney problems, must consult with a specialist before taking this medication. Those who take low-dose aspirin should be cautious, as this medication may interfere with the effects of aspirin. This medication may interact with certain drugs; those taking ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, methotrexate, anticoagulants, or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors should consult with a specialist. If symptoms such as skin rash, difficulty breathing, severe headaches, vision changes, abdominal pain, blood in stools, swelling, or jaundice occur, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor. Take this medication for the shortest time possible at the lowest effective dose, and undergo regular checks for liver, kidney, and blood conditions during long-term use. Overdose may lead to serious side effects such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting, liver dysfunction, or kidney failure, so caution is advised. Keep out of reach of children, and store in the original container to prevent misuse or degradation of quality.

This drug should not be taken by patients undergoing high-dose methotrexate therapy as part of cancer treatment. Do not take with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Patients taking low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants, and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors should consult a doctor or pharmacist.
This medication must be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is best stored at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C.
