Patients with excessive sweating or difficulty urinating, those with hyperthyroidism, and diabetic patients must also consult a specialist before taking this medication. Diabetic patients, in particular, are at risk of increased blood sugar levels. Taking medications that contain ephedra, ephedrine, thyroid hormones, or specific stimulants in combination can lead to side effects such as insomnia, increased heart rate, and excessive sweating, so dosage should be adjusted and taken carefully. When taking this medication, it is essential to adhere to the prescribed methods and dosages and to ensure that no overlapping ingredients are present when used with other herbal or traditional medicines. This medication should be stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight and humidity, and kept out of reach of children.
