Precautions
This medication should not be used in patients with acute circulatory failure or severe hypotension, or in cases of acute myocardial infarction. Patients with allergies to nitrate preparations, severe anemia, traumatic head injury, or cerebral hemorrhage should also avoid this medication. Liver function impairment, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, and other side effects may occur, and if symptoms worsen, immediate consultation with a healthcare professional is necessary.
