Precautions

This medication may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic drinks daily; consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. This medication may affect the cardiovascular system and can lead to serious issues like myocardial infarction or stroke, so caution is particularly advised for individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors. Gastrointestinal adverse reactions may occur, including bleeding, ulcers, and perforations, so attention should be given to gastrointestinal symptoms during treatment. Individuals with a history of peptic ulcers, allergies to this medication or its components, history of specific asthma or allergic reactions, severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not take this medication. Patients with mild impairment of liver or kidney function, those taking diuretics, and the elderly should use this medication cautiously, and regular monitoring and doctor's observation during use are needed. Various side effects like allergic reactions, gastrointestinal symptoms, cardiovascular symptoms, skin abnormalities, central nervous system symptoms, and kidney problems can occur; if abnormal symptoms arise, immediate consultation with medical personnel is necessary. Long-term use requires regular blood tests and liver/kidney function tests to check for abnormalities, and this medication does not substitute for causal treatment but only provides symptom relief. This medication should preferably not be taken with other anti-inflammatory analgesics, as it may interact with specific drugs; patients should inform their doctor or pharmacist of any medications being taken. It should not be used during pregnancy, especially in late stages, as it may harm the fetus; breastfeeding women should either discontinue breastfeeding or consult a doctor before use. Children under 12 years of age should not be administered this medication, and the elderly should take the minimum dosage with special attention to side effects. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, and care should be taken not to transfer it to another container, as this may compromise quality and safety.
