Individuals taking other medications or in post-illness states, as well as those with weak stomachs, should also consult a professional before using this medication. Care should be taken in cases of loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting, as symptoms may worsen. Those who sweat excessively, have severe kidney issues, urinary problems, hyperthyroidism, or diabetes should consult a professional before use. Individuals with weakened constitutions, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and women of childbearing potential should definitely consult a professional before taking this medication. Children and those who have experienced allergic reactions such as rashes or itching from this medication in the past should avoid use, as safety has not been established. If unusual symptoms such as reduced urine output, edema, elevated blood pressure, headaches, weakness, muscle cramps, skin rashes, indigestion, insomnia, rapid heartbeat, or urinary difficulties occur while taking this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a healthcare professional consulted. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, it is advisable to stop taking the medication and consult a professional. Long-term use should generally be avoided, and if it is absolutely necessary, it should be done only after consulting a professional. Dosage and administration must be accurately followed, and caution should be taken when used with potassium-containing preparations or certain diuretics due to the risk of myopathy or hypokalemia. When taking with other herbal medicines, check for overlapping ingredients.
