This medication helps improve symptoms such as generalized paralysis, limb paralysis, speech impairment, coma, mental confusion, and facial nerve paralysis caused by strokes. It is also used to alleviate high blood pressure and palpitations. Additionally, it is utilized in the treatment of neurological disorders such as mental anxiety, autonomic dysfunction, acute and chronic convulsions, and insomnia. It is effectively used for major neurological and circulatory system disorders.

How to take

Adult dose

Granules: For general adults, take 1 granule once, 1 to 2 times a day, chew or dissolve in warm water before taking. Liquid form (suspension): For general adults, take 1 bottle (single dose) or 30 mL once, 1 to 2 times a day.

Child dose

Granules: For ages 8 to 15, take 2/3 of a granule; for ages 5 to 7, 1/2 granule; for ages 2 to 4, 1/3 granule; for children under 1 year, 1/4 granule; once or twice a day. Liquid form (suspension): For ages 8 to 15, take 2/3 of a bottle or 20 mL.

Precautions

This medicine must be taken under the guidance of a specialist to lower blood pressure. Individuals with high blood pressure, heart or kidney diseases, or edema must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Particularly, elderly individuals may have decreased physical functions, so caution such as reducing the dosage is necessary. Those on other medications should also consult a specialist before starting this medicine. Individuals with weak stomachs or symptoms of anorexia, nausea, or vomiting must discuss with a specialist before taking this medication. If abnormal symptoms occur during use, such as swelling of the face or hands and feet, elevated blood pressure, or headaches, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, convulsions, skin rash, or indigestion develop, stop taking the medication and inform a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after several days of taking the medication, stop taking it and consult a specialist. In the case of long-term use, continuous consultation with a specialist is essential, and the prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly followed. When taking potassium-containing medications or certain diuretics together, side effects like muscle weakness may occur, so caution is necessary. This medication may be effective for post-stroke motor disorders or facial paralysis; however, it may not show significant differences for speech impairment or consciousness disorders. The efficacy for respiratory distress has not been proven and should not be used for this purpose. When taking this medicine with other herbal medicines, ensure that the same ingredients are not duplicated. For storage, keep it in a light-shielding container away from direct sunlight and in a cool place with low humidity, in a location out of reach of children. Additionally, do not transfer the medicine from its original container to another container, and always seal the container after use.
