How to take

Child dose

Children under 12 years old should take the recommended dose needed every 4-6 hours as follows. Do not exceed a maximum of 5 doses (75 mg/kg) in one day. The recommended dose per weight is as follows. 4 parts

Precautions

This medication may put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist. The artificial sweetener aspartame included in this medication is broken down into phenylalanine, so patients with phenylketonuria should not take this medication. Caution should be taken not to exceed 4,000 mg of acetaminophen per day, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing medications to prevent liver damage. If unusual symptoms such as rashes, itching, or red spots appear on the skin while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Additionally, this medication is prohibited for individuals with certain conditions, such as those with hypersensitivity, peptic ulcers, severe liver or kidney impairment, or heart failure. It should not be used by those with a history of aspirin-induced asthma or those taking certain medications, nor by individuals who have consumed alcohol. Patients with a genetic issue that prevents the digestion of lactose should not be administered this medication. Those with liver or kidney issues, elderly individuals, and pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as children under the age of 2, should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If severe allergic reactions, breathing difficulties, severe skin rashes, nausea, vomiting, or gastrointestinal bleeding occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare personnel. In cases of overdose, even in the absence of symptoms, seek medical attention immediately for liver protection treatment. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children, stored in its original container, and sealed to maintain its quality.
