Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with severe heart dysfunction causing cardiogenic shock. It is safe not to take this medication for pregnant women, women who might become pregnant, and breastfeeding mothers. Safety has not been confirmed for children, so it is advisable not to use it. If there is an allergy to this medication or similar compounds, it should be avoided. Patients with poor liver function or severely impaired kidney function should also not use this medication. It is not recommended for patients with unstable angina or those who have recently had a myocardial infarction, as well as untreated heart failure patients. Care should be taken to avoid concomitant use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors as side effects may be intensified. Patients with excessively low blood pressure, slightly impaired kidney function, elderly patients, those with left ventricular dysfunction, and patients with heart block should use this medication with caution. During the use of this medication, observe closely for allergic reactions such as difficulty breathing, hives, or severe skin rashes. If any symptoms of liver dysfunction or excessively low blood pressure occur, consult a physician immediately to stop or adjust the medication. Dizziness or drowsiness may occur, so caution is advised when driving or operating hazardous machinery. When taken in conjunction with other antihypertensive medications, the blood pressure-lowering effect may become stronger, so consulting a physician is necessary. Certain medications may interact and cause side effects, so if you are taking other medications, be sure to inform your doctor. It is safe to avoid this medication if pregnant or breastfeeding, and when absolutely necessary, follow a healthcare professional's instructions. Elderly patients should start with a low dose and gradually increase while closely monitoring their condition. This medication should be taken exactly as directed by a physician and capsules should not be chewed or opened. Keep out of reach of children and do not transfer to another container.
