Improvement of arthritis symptoms such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis
Oral medication is used to treat joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, and to relieve cold, back pain, dysmenorrhea, and postoperative pain. Additionally, it is effective for a variety of pain and inflammatory diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis, headaches, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, and soft tissue injuries. The suppository form is used for the treatment of fever due to acute upper respiratory infection in children. This medication helps to relieve pain and inflammation throughout the body and improve symptoms.
For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatism, acute gout, and psoriatic arthritis: Take 200-600 mg orally 3-4 times a day, with a maximum daily dosage of 3200 mg. For mild to moderate pain and cold: Take 200-400 mg orally 3-4 times a day. Adjust the dosage as appropriate based on age and symptoms.
For juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: 30-40 mg per kg of body weight split into 3-4 oral doses daily. Single dose for children: 11-14 years: 200-250 mg (10-13 ml) 7-10 years: 150-2

Individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should be cautious, as serious cardiovascular issues such as myocardial infarction and stroke may occur when using this medication. Particular caution is required when taking in high doses for prolonged periods, and any unusual symptoms should be addressed immediately. This medication can cause severe problems such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, so elderly patients or those taking it long-term should be particularly careful. Gastrointestinal symptoms should be closely monitored during use. Those with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe blood disorders, liver or kidney disorders, severe heart failure, or hypertension should not use this medication. Individuals allergic to any components of this medication or with a history of asthma, or who have had hypersensitivity reactions to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should also avoid use. Pregnant women in the late stages of pregnancy should not take this medication as it may pose risks to the fetus, and individuals with certain genetic metabolic disorders should also refrain from using it. Do not exceed the recommended dosages and do not use in conjunction with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. This medication may be transmitted through breast milk and can cause serious adverse reactions in infants, so nursing mothers should consult with a physician before deciding on its use. Individuals with blood disorders, tendency to bleed, liver or kidney diseases, heart diseases, hypertension, or a history of hypersensitivity should definitely consult healthcare providers before taking this medication. This medication may interact with certain drugs, so individuals taking ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, methotrexate, anticoagulants, or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) should consult before use. Individuals allergic to any colorants included in this medication should use it cautiously. If severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, difficulty breathing, bleeding, liver dysfunction, kidney problems, or heart issues occur, discontinue use immediately and consult with healthcare professionals. This medication should be taken for the shortest duration and at the lowest effective dose, and regular check-ups are needed to monitor for any abnormalities during long-term use. Particularly for patients with hypertension or heart failure, blood pressure and fluid status should be closely monitored during usage. Patients with decreased kidney or liver function need to be cautious. In case of overdose, immediate medical treatment should be sought even if there are no symptoms. Keep out of reach of children and store in its original container; transferring to other containers may lead to degradation of quality or misuse.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweats, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blisters, peeling of the skin, pain in the mucous membranes of the mouth/eyes, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory issues accompanied by cough and fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy, sudden and severe headaches, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion, vision changes, paralysis, and urinary issues.

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent air or moisture from entering. The storage temperature should ideally be maintained between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. Storing it this way can help retain the medication's effectiveness for a longer duration.
