This medicine is used to treat degenerative joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tendinitis, acute gout, and dysmenorrhea. It is also effective for bursitis, muscle and skeletal disorders (including sprains, bruises, trauma), postoperative pain, migraines, and pain after tooth extraction. Overall, this drug helps alleviate the symptoms of various inflammatory and painful diseases and improves the patient's quality of life.

How to take

Adult dose

Caution is advised for those with a history of peptic ulcers or blood abnormalities, liver or kidney function decline, asthma, hypertension, and heart dysfunction when using this medication. This drug can rarely cause various side effects, including shortness of breath, skin rashes, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver dysfunction, kidney issues, and neurological symptoms. If any abnormal symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Before taking, it is essential to verify potential drug interactions with this medication, especially when taken with other anti-inflammatory drugs, antihypertensive medications, diuretics, anticoagulants, and anticancer drugs. During pregnancy, particularly in the third trimester, it may pose risks to the fetus, so women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should avoid taking it or consult a doctor. Interactions

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and naproxen derivatives, aspirin, and high-dose methotrexate. It may also interact with hydantoin anticonvulsants, sulfa drugs, sulfonylurea hypoglycemic agents, propranolol and other beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors (such as captopril), loop diuretics and thiazide diuretics, probenecid, lithium, low-dose methotrexate, warfarin and other anticoagulants.
