Individuals experiencing diarrhea or unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding should not use this medication. While taking this medication, it should not be taken with specific antibiotics, particularly tetracycline, as they may interfere with each other's absorption. Furthermore, individuals taking other medications should consult with a doctor or pharmacist, as this medication can affect the absorption or excretion of other drugs. Additionally, individuals who are physically weak, have inadequate dietary intake, or have absorption disorders should be cautious with long-term use of this medication, as its aluminum component may interfere with phosphorus absorption, potentially affecting bone health. If constipation or diarrhea occurs during use, or if symptoms do not improve after 2 weeks of taking the medication, it is essential to discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
