Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should avoid this medication due to safety concerns unless absolutely necessary and should consult a physician before use. Particular attention is required for children and the elderly, and for the elderly, it is recommended to start with a lower dose and monitor the condition before administration. In case of overdose, blood pressure may drop sharply, so one should visit a medical facility immediately for appropriate treatment. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and should not be transferred to other containers for safety.
