This medication is used to improve ischemic symptoms such as wounds, pain, and coldness caused by chronic arterial occlusion. How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 100 mg orally, twice daily. The amount can be adjusted appropriately according to age and symptoms.

Precautions

This medication may increase heart rate, which could lead to symptoms of angina; hence, careful observation for symptoms such as chest pain is essential. It should not be administered to patients at risk of bleeding, those who have recently experienced a bleeding disorder, or patients with congestive heart failure. It is also safe not to use this medication in individuals with allergic reactions to it or in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents that affect blood clotting, menstruating women, and those with severe kidney or liver dysfunction should be particularly careful when using this medication.
