Relief of inflammation and pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis
This medication is effective for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tendonitis, acute gout, and dysmenorrhea. It is also used to relieve various pains such as bursitis, musculoskeletal disorders (sprains, strains, trauma), low back pain, postoperative pain, migraines, and post-extraction pain. This drug reduces inflammation and pain, improving the patient's daily life comfort.
1. Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis: Take 275-550mg orally, twice a day (every 12 hours). 2. Acute Gout: After an initial dose of 825mg orally, take 275mg every 8 hours until the attack subsides. 3. Musculoskeletal Disorders, Postoperative Pain, Post-extraction Pain, Dysmenorrhea, Tendonitis, Bursitis: After an initial dose of 550mg orally, take 275mg every 6-8 hours.
This medication may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This drug can affect the cardiovascular system, potentially leading to serious vascular issues such as myocardial infarction or stroke, necessitating increased caution in patients with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors. This medication may cause serious issues such as bleeding, ulcers, or perforation in the stomach or intestines, so particularly elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal disease should use it with care. Patients with a history of peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, significantly impaired liver or kidney function, severe hypertension, or heart failure should not take this medication. Individuals allergic to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or with a history of hypersensitivity reactions such as asthma, rhinitis, or urticaria should also avoid this medication. This medication contains lactose; therefore, individuals with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should not take it. Patients with a history of peptic ulcers, blood disorders, impaired liver or kidney function, hypertension, heart dysfunction, asthma, etc., should take this medication cautiously and consult a doctor immediately if any abnormal symptoms appear. While taking, various side effects including hypersensitivity, gastrointestinal bleeding, blood anomalies, liver or kidney function abnormalities, neurological symptoms, skin rashes, auditory and visual disturbances may occur, so discontinue and consult a healthcare professional immediately if any unusual symptoms arise. This drug should be used at the minimum effective dose and for the shortest duration possible, with regular blood tests and liver and kidney function evaluations necessary for prolonged use. Interactions with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antihypertensives, diuretics, anticoagulants, certain antibiotics, and other medications may occur, so it's crucial to inform your healthcare provider of any other medications being taken. During pregnancy, especially in the later stages, it can be harmful to the fetus, so women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult a doctor before taking it. It is advisable for breastfeeding women to avoid this medication, as it may be transmitted through breast milk and cause side effects in the baby. Children under two years of age should not take this medication due to the lack of established safety, and elderly patients should use it with even more caution due to a higher risk of side effects. Overdose can lead to symptoms such as drowsiness, indigestion, and vomiting, requiring immediate medical treatment.

This medication should not be taken with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and naproxen derivatives, aspirin, or high-dose methotrexate. It can interact with hydantoin-based anticonvulsants, sulfonamides, sulfonylurea hypoglycemics, propranolol and other beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors, loop diuretics and thiazide diuretics, probenecid, lithium, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants, zidovudine, and fluoroquinolone antibiotics.
This medication should be stored in a sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is advisable to keep it at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C. Storing it this way can help maintain the drug's effectiveness.
