Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

0.77-1.54 grams taken three times a day before meals or between meals. The dosage should be adjusted according to age and symptoms.

Precautions

This medication contains lactose. Therefore, individuals with genetically-based galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption issues may experience health risks if they take this medication. Consequently, patients with such genetic conditions should not use this medication. Additionally, this medication is very sensitive to moisture, so after use, the lid must be tightly closed and stored in an airtight condition. Caution must be taken as exposure to moisture could reduce the medication's effectiveness or cause deterioration.
