For mild to moderate pain and colds, doses should be 200-400mg orally, 3-4 times daily, and adjusted appropriately based on age and symptoms.
Child dose
For juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, administer 30-40mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 doses daily. For children, the single dose is administered orally 3-4 times daily, and for those weighing less than 30kg, the daily amount is restricted.

This medication is mainly used for the treatment of joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis. It is also effective for relieving fever and pain due to colds, back pain, dysmenorrhea, and postoperative pain. Additionally, it is used for various pain and inflammatory diseases like ankylosing spondylitis, headaches, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, and soft tissue injuries. The suppository form is used to reduce fever caused by acute upper respiratory infections in children. Overall, this medication is widely used to relieve inflammation and pain and to treat various joint and musculoskeletal conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, and psoriatic arthritis, the dosage is 200-600mg orally, 3-4 times daily, not to exceed a total of 3200mg per day. This medication should not be taken in doses exceeding the recommended amount, and it is safest not to take it in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Interactions

Drug interactions

Patients taking low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors should consult with their doctor or pharmacist.

Storage

When used domestically, this medication should be stored in a container that is not permeable to air at room temperature between 15 to 25 degrees Celsius. For export, it is recommended to store it in a sealed container that blocks light at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius.
