Adult dose

Typically, adults take 1 sachet (3.0g) three times a day before or between meals.

This medication should not be taken by newborns, nursing mothers, pregnant women, or women who may become pregnant. Additionally, since this medication contains lactose, individuals with hereditary conditions that prevent the digestion of lactose should avoid it. Patients with hypertension, heart or kidney diseases, those with edema, individuals who have had allergic reactions to medications, the elderly, and anyone currently undergoing other treatments should consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as swelling of the face or hands and feet, increased blood pressure, muscle weakness or cramps, skin rash, abnormal liver function symptoms, or difficulty breathing occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve and long-term use is necessary, consult a professional. It is essential not to take this medication for an extended period and to strictly adhere to the prescribed methods and dosages. Caution is needed when taking medications that contain potassium or licorice, as well as specific diuretics, due to the possibility of side effects. Be mindful of ingredient duplication when taking with other herbal medicines. When storing, keep the medication protected from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Also, avoid transferring the medication from its original container to another, and it is important to store it sealed in its original container.

Serious side effects

Decreased urine output due to aldosteronism, swelling of the face and hands and feet (edema), heaviness of eyelids, myopathy, hypokalemia, liver dysfunction (systemic fatigue, jaundice), interstitial pneumonia (fever, cough, shortness of breath, respiratory distress)
