Remove the plastic flip-off cap and clean and disinfect the rubber stopper with alcohol, then insert the spike sterile through the center of the rubber stopper into the container. Air should be removed before using the solution for irrigation.

This medication should be used with caution as it may cause corneal edema or inflammatory diseases if there are abnormalities in the corneal endothelium due to irrigation or trauma. It should be used according to the prescribed method and dosage for all surgical procedures to minimize damage to the cornea and other eye tissues. This medication should only be used as an irrigation solution during ophthalmic surgery and should never be used for intravenous injection. This solution does not contain preservatives; therefore, it cannot be reused after opening. The solution should not be used if it is cloudy or if the container is not in a vacuum state. Mixing with other medications should be avoided as it may cause damage to the ocular tissues. The packaging should not be removed until preparation for use is complete, as the packaging is waterproof and the inner bag maintains the sterility of the solution. After removing the packaging, the inner bag should be pressed to check for leaks; if a leak is detected, it should be discarded due to the possibility of contamination. This medication should be stored at room temperature, avoiding excessively high temperatures for safe storage.

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent air and moisture from entering, with an appropriate storage temperature between 8 and 27 degrees Celsius in a cool place. Storing it this way will help maintain the efficacy of the medication for a longer period.
