This medication is effective for various joint and inflammatory diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tendinitis, acute gout, and dysmenorrhea. It is also used for relieving various types of pain such as migraines, post-extraction pain, post-surgical pain, bursitis, muscle disorders, and low back pain. How to take

Adult dose

This drug should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist if the person regularly consumes more than three glasses of alcohol a day, as this can increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. This drug may affect the cardiovascular system and requires caution in patients with a risk of heart disease or stroke. If cardiovascular symptoms occur during treatment, medical advice should be sought immediately. This drug can cause serious side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforations, so it should be used with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders or in elderly patients. Patients with certain conditions such as peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver or kidney dysfunction, or severe hypertension should avoid this drug. Patients with hypersensitivity or a history of allergic reactions to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should also avoid this medication. In the late stages of pregnancy, this drug should not be used as it may harm the fetus; during the second trimester or later, it should only be taken at the minimal effective dosage for the shortest possible duration. Lactating women should avoid this medication as it can be passed into breast milk and affect the baby. Use in children, especially in infants under 2 years old, is not recommended as safety has not been established. Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and naproxen derivatives, aspirin, high doses of methotrexate. Hydantoins, sulfonamides, sulfonylurea hypoglycemic agents, propranolol and other beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors, loop diuretics and thiazide diuretics, probenecid, lithium, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants, zidovudine, and fluoroquinolone antibiotics.
