This medicine helps relieve dryness of the eyes, improve night blindness, resolve insufficient growth of bones and teeth, and prevent rickets by supplementing vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C during periods of physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, and physical weakness during and after illness, as well as during growth and old age. Additionally, it includes iron for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia, and provides zinc for overall health maintenance. This drug is effective in improving various symptoms and conditions related to nutritional supplementation.
How to take
Adult dose
1 tablet once a day.
Child dose
Children over the age of 12 take 1 tablet once a day.
Precautions
Caution is required when administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A to women within the first three months of pregnancy or women who may become pregnant, as this may pose a risk of congenital malformations to the fetus. Children, especially those under the age of 6, are at risk of fatal overdose from iron-containing preparations, so it should be kept out of reach of children. Individuals with conditions such as hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, hyperkalemia, Wilson's disease, hemochromatosis, kidney stones, or severe renal failure should not take this medication. This medication or its ingredients should be avoided by those who are allergic or by infants under 12 months of age. It should not be taken in conjunction with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline formulations, antacids, or levodopa. Infants under 1 year of age, patients receiving medical treatment, children with high sun exposure, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and patients with gastrointestinal disorders, heart and kidney diseases should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, itching, dry skin, joint pain, diarrhea, rash, low blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, allergic reactions, fever, or coma occur during administration, one should immediately discontinue use and consult a specialist. The dosage and administration of this medication must be strictly followed and supervision by an adult is required when administering to children. Since vitamin A is sufficiently obtained from food, care should be taken to avoid exceeding 5,000 IU per day, and it is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. It should be stored in a cool and dry place out of the reach of children, in a sealed container protected from light, and it should not be transferred to another container.
