3 times a day, 1.38-1.73 grams, taken before meals or between meals. Adjust dosage according to age and symptoms, and reduce dosage when preparing for compounding.

This medication contains lactose. Therefore, it may be harmful to patients with a genetic disorder that prevents lactose digestion.
