This medication is used for the relief of muscle spasms associated with conditions such as chronic low back pain, muscle strain and sprain, herniated discs, sacroiliac joint damage, non-articular rheumatic disorders, myositis, and myalgia, as well as acute and chronic muscle pain. Orphenadrine citrate acts on the central nervous system to selectively suppress excessive muscle spasms and rigidity without affecting normal muscle function. Additionally, acetaminophen is a safe and well-tolerated analgesic and antipyretic agent that provides rapid pain relief without burdening the digestive system. Overall, this medication effectively alleviates muscle spasms and pain, improving patient discomfort.

For example, patients with glaucoma, urinary retention, or myasthenia gravis should avoid this medication. Patients with tachycardia should also use it with caution. Individuals who have experienced allergic reactions to this medication should not take it. Additionally, those who have previously experienced asthma symptoms after taking this medication or similar cold remedies or analgesics should avoid taking it. If rashes, swelling, difficulty breathing, or severe skin eruptions with fever occur after taking the medicine, immediately discontinue use and consult a physician. Furthermore, when taken with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, or alcohol, the metabolism of acetaminophen may slow down, increasing the risk of liver damage.
