Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have allergic reactions to this drug or the ingredients contained in it, or who are hypersensitive to soy oil, soybeans, or peanuts. During pregnancy, the safety of high-dose use has not been established, so pregnant women should avoid taking high doses, and since this drug can be transmitted through breast milk, it is not recommended during breastfeeding. Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, users of oral estrogen contraceptives, patients at risk of thrombosis, individuals with a history of bronchial asthma or allergies, those taking Vitamin A or K supplements, users of anticoagulants, patients with specific fat absorption disorders, and children on iron supplements should always consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or redness, nausea, muscle weakness, fatigue, headache, blurred vision, or abnormal menstrual bleeding occurs during use, the medication should be stopped immediately, and a healthcare professional should be consulted. Taking more than 10 IU of this drug per kg of body weight daily may reduce the effectiveness of iron supplements in children and may cause anemia in underweight infants, so caution is advised. High-dose use may cause nausea, intestinal cramps, fatigue, headache, blurred vision, decreased reproductive function, and changes in blood lipid and hormone levels, though these symptoms disappear after stopping the medication. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check their plasma lipid levels and adjust the dosage as necessary, considering the total lipid intake if used with other lipid agents. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, stored tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and should not be transferred to another container to maintain quality and prevent misuse.
