Adult dose

The usual adult dosage is 0.08 to 0.16 g three times a day before meals or between meals. Adjust the dosage as needed based on age and symptoms, and if combined for compounding purposes, reduce the dosage accordingly.

This medication contains lactose, so it should not be used by individuals with specific genetic disorders that impair lactose digestion. Particularly, individuals with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, and glucose-galactose malabsorption may experience health issues if they take this medication.
