Precautions

This drug should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist before use by anyone who drinks more than three alcoholic beverages regularly each day, as it may cause bleeding in the stomach. This drug poses a risk of cardiovascular problems. It may increase the risk of serious cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction or stroke, so individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should exercise particular caution. This drug can also affect the digestive system, potentially leading to severe issues like bleeding, ulcers, or perforations in the stomach or intestines. Elderly individuals are at greater risk, so special care is necessary. Patients with a history of peptic ulcers or gastrointestinal issues, those allergic to this drug or its components, and those with allergic reactions to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not take this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, and patients with severe liver disease, kidney disease, or heart failure should not take this drug. Taking this medication with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, blood pressure medications (ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonists), aspirin, diuretics, lithium, chemotherapy agents, anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, antidepressants, or corticosteroids could increase the risk of side effects, so consultation with a healthcare professional is essential. Individuals with a history of peptic ulcers, elderly individuals, patients with hypertension, heart failure, bronchial asthma, or issues with the liver or kidneys should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. It is advisable to avoid breastfeeding while taking this drug, as it can pass into breast milk and harm the baby. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, bleeding, skin rashes, itching, anemia, abnormal liver function, drowsiness, or headaches occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This drug should be used at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration necessary, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests should be conducted if used for a long time. While it helps alleviate inflammation or pain, it is not a treatment for the underlying cause, which should be addressed if necessary. This drug may cause serious skin reactions or allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis, so if symptoms like skin rash or difficulty breathing occur, stop taking it immediately and seek emergency care. Keep this medication out of the reach of children and do not transfer it to another container.
