Precautions

This medication must be used under the guidance of a physician and should not be taken or stopped arbitrarily. It should not be administered to patients with serious liver dysfunction such as hepatic coma, severely impaired kidney function, or certain metabolic disorders. Use should also be avoided in patients with compromised heart function, lung issues, and those with very low or absent urine output. This medication contains certain ingredients that can cause allergic reactions or asthma attacks, so special caution is required for asthma patients or those with allergic dispositions. During administration, side effects such as rash, nausea, vomiting, discomfort in the chest, and rapid heartbeat may occur, and immediate communication with medical personnel is required if such symptoms appear. Rapid administration in large amounts may lead to acidosis, which is a condition of increased acidity in the blood, so it is important to control the rate and amount of administration. Electrolyte balance should be observed while using this medication, and interactions may occur when used with other drugs containing electrolytes. The safety of this medication has not been fully established in pregnant women, so it should be administered cautiously after consulting a physician. When administering to children or the elderly, adjustments to dosage and administration rate may be necessary due to different body functions, and frequent checks of condition through blood tests are recommended. Administration should be done slowly via intravenous infusion, and the injection solution should be warmed to body temperature before use. Aseptic conditions must be maintained when preparing and managing liquid preparations, and if there is discoloration or turbidity in the solution, it should not be used. When storing, it should be kept unopened, and if the packaging is damaged or if there are any abnormalities in the solution, it should not be used.
