Patients taking H2 receptor antagonists for an extended period must be cautious of potential vitamin B12 deficiency. Those who have consumed excessive alcohol for more than two weeks should also seek advice before taking this medication. If symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea, diarrhea, or skin rash occur while taking it, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage, and it is advisable to consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms do not improve or worsen after more than one month of use. Individuals working with mercury should avoid prolonged and excessive use of this medication. Store out of reach of children and keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
