How to take

Adult dose

Adults take 1 packet once, three times a day before meals or between meals.

Child dose

For ages 7-14: Take 2/3 packet once, ages 4-6: Take 1/2 packet once, ages 2-3: Take 1/3 packet once, and for infants under 1 year: Take 1/4 packet once, three times a day before meals or between meals.
