Improvement of hypertension and angina
This medication is used to treat cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and angina.
Occasional side effects include rash, itching, decreased tear production, blurred vision, dry eyes, bradycardia, cold extremities, palpitations, increased heart size, hypotension, cold sensation in limbs, orthostatic hypotension, leg pain, heart failure, confusion, mood changes, nightmares, mental disorders, hallucinations, sleep disturbances, heaviness in the head, dizziness, orthostatic control disorders, insomnia, drowsiness, tinnitus, ear pain, fatigue, weakness, lethargy, headaches, sensory disturbances, gastrointestinal disturbances, thirst, and nausea.
This medication should not be used by individuals who are allergic to the active ingredient or excipients. It may be dangerous for individuals with severe respiratory conditions, particularly those with bronchial asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and should be avoided. Individuals with diabetic ketoacidosis or metabolic acidosis should preferably not use this medication. It should not be administered to individuals with very slow heartbeats or issues with electrical signal conduction of the heart, or those in severe shock. Those with right heart burden due to pulmonary hypertension, congestive heart failure patients, or individuals with severe hypotension or peripheral blood circulation disorders may also be at risk when using this medication. Caution is advised for patients with hyperthyroidism or untreated pheochromocytoma, as this medication may exacerbate thyroid toxicosis. Individuals susceptible to bronchial asthma or bronchospasm, those at risk of congestive heart failure, diabetics with difficulty controlling blood sugar, and individuals with severe liver or kidney dysfunction should use this medication cautiously. Elderly patients should start with a low dose and be closely monitored.
This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. It is also advisable to avoid excessively hot or cold places and to store it at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
In case of overdose, severe bradycardia, heart failure, hypotension, bronchospasm, and hypoglycemia may occur, and appropriate treatment should be sought immediately.

This medication may cause side effects such as skin rashes, itching, dry eyes or vision problems, irregular heartbeats, decreased blood pressure, mental confusion or dizziness, digestive disorders, and shortness of breath; if any unusual symptoms occur, medical consultation is recommended immediately. Regular monitoring of heart function as well as liver and kidney function is required for long-term use, and abruptly stopping the medication may worsen heart symptoms, so dosage should be gradually reduced. If surgery is planned, it is essential to inform the anesthesiologist that you are taking this medication, and caution should be exercised when driving or operating hazardous machinery, especially during the initial use. This medication may interact with other drugs, therefore, it should be taken with caution under medical supervision when combined with insulin, antihypertensives, antiarrhythmics, anesthetics, anti-inflammatory medications, etc. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a doctor before using this medication, as it may affect the fetus or neonate. During breastfeeding, use should be avoided when possible or breastfeeding should be discontinued. Safety for pediatric use has not been established, so it should be used cautiously in children.
