This medication is effective for secondarily infected allergic or inflammatory skin diseases, such as eczema, contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, and psoriasis. It is also used for the treatment of minor burns, such as first-degree burns. It alleviates skin inflammation and itching symptoms, reducing the discomfort for patients and helping to prevent infections. Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1 to 3 times a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals with certain skin infections, such as bacterial infections like tuberculosis or syphilis, fungal infections like candidiasis or tinea, viral infections like herpes zoster or herpes simplex, and animal skin infections such as scabies or lice, as using this drug may worsen their symptoms. Additionally, those who have allergies or have experienced hypersensitivity reactions to this drug or its components should not use it. Patients with perforations in the eardrum, ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite should also avoid using this drug. It is advisable for patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, or rosacea not to use this drug. Caution is also necessary for those with hypersensitivity to aminoglycoside antibiotics or bacitracin. This drug contains Propylene Glycol, so caution should be exercised if there is an allergy or hypersensitivity to this ingredient. Women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding should consult with a physician or pharmacist before use. The inclusion of sodium pyrosulfite in this medication can trigger allergic reactions or asthma attacks, so particularly asthmatic patients need to be careful.
