Precautions

This medicine should not be used on areas with bacterial or viral skin infections. Individuals who have an allergy to this medicine or have previously experienced hypersensitivity reactions should not use it. It should be avoided in patients with otitis externa with a perforated eardrum, as it may delay healing and increase the risk of infection. It should not be used on ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite areas, as it may hinder tissue recovery and worsen infections. It is not suitable for patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, or rosacea. It is advisable not to use this medicine in the early stages of skin inflammation. Do not apply it to the skin around the eyes, and caution is needed when applying it near the eyes. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers, should use this medicine cautiously and only when necessary in minimal amounts. Children or infants should use it under the supervision of a guardian, and long-term or widespread use may lead to side effects such as growth retardation. Skin infections, rashes, itching, irritation, and other side effects may occur; if such symptoms arise, use should be immediately discontinued. Long-term use may cause skin dryness, steroid-induced acne, skin atrophy, pigment changes, etc., so caution is necessary. With extensive or prolonged use, function of the pituitary and adrenal glands may be suppressed, so doctors' instructions should be strictly followed. Care should be taken when using it around the eyes, as it may cause increased intraocular pressure or conditions such as glaucoma. There may be an increased risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulants like warfarin; consult a healthcare professional if taking such medications. It is advisable for pregnant women not to use this medicine, especially in the first three months, and to use it minimally under a doctor's judgment if necessary. If nursing, caution is required as this medicine may be excreted in breast milk. For children, care should be taken when applying it to areas covered by diapers, as a sealing effect may lead to side effects. Elderly patients may have decreased liver, kidney, or heart function, so starting with a low dose and cautious use is recommended. This medicine is not for use as an ophthalmic drug, so it should not be applied directly to the eyes. After use, it should be kept out of the reach of children, and stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Moreover, it is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
