This medicine should not be used on areas with bacterial or viral skin infections. Patients who are allergic or hypersensitive to this medication or its ingredients should avoid using it. It may delay healing and increase the risk of infection if applied to perforated tympanic membranes or areas with eczematous otitis externa. It is advisable not to use this medication on ulcerated areas or severe burns and frostbite. Patients with perioral dermatitis or common acne, as well as rosacea, should also avoid use. It is safest not to use this medication during the initial stages of skin inflammation. Do not apply this medication around the eyes. If abnormal symptoms such as skin infections, irritation, itching, rash, or redness occur during use, discontinue use immediately. Prolonged use may lead to various skin side effects such as skin dryness, acne, skin atrophy, and pigmentation. In particular, using it over extended periods or on large areas may result in ocular side effects such as pituitary or adrenal function suppression, glaucoma, and cataracts, so caution is necessary. When using this medication, it is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and once symptoms improve, discontinue use as quickly as possible, replacing it with a non-corticosteroid medication. Treatment duration should be limited to within 7 days. When used in conjunction with warfarin, it may enhance the anticoagulant effects, so patients taking warfarin should follow their doctor's guidance and have their blood tested to monitor their condition. This medication should not be used within the first three months of pregnancy, and during pregnancy or nursing, a consultation with a doctor is necessary to determine if its use is needed. Caution is advised when using this medication in children over an extended period or under occlusive dressing methods, as it may lead to growth retardation. For elderly patients, it is safest to start with the lowest dose, considering liver, kidney, and heart function, as well as any other diseases or medications taken. This medication should not be applied directly to the eyes and is not for ophthalmic use. During storage, keep it out of the reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a cool and dry place. Additionally, to maintain quality, do not transfer it to another container.
