Adult dose

Typically, an adult takes 1 packet (5.0 grams) three times a day before meals or between meals.

This medication should not be taken by children under 5 years old or patients with a genetic lactase deficiency. Patients with high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, edema, urinary disorders, weak stomach, appetite loss, nausea, vomiting, weak physical condition, excessive sweating, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, drug allergies, patients taking other medications, pregnant women or women capable of becoming pregnant, children, and elderly individuals should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as swelling of the face or hands, or an increase in blood pressure occur while taking, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Additionally, if unusual symptoms such as weakness, limb cramps, indigestion, insomnia, excessive sweating, rapid heartbeat, urinary disorders, or skin rashes occur, cessation of use is necessary. It is essential to adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage, and if taken for a long period, consult a specialist. Caution is necessary as side effects may occur when taken with other specific medications. During storage, keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and store out of reach of children. It is safest to keep the medication tightly sealed in its original container.
