Adult dose

Typically, adults take 1 packet (single dose) 3 times a day before or between meals.

Child dose

Children aged 7 to 14 years: 2/3 of a packet per dose, 4 to 6 years: 1/2 packet, 2 to 3 years: 1/3 packet, under 1 year: 1/4 packet, taken 3 times a day before or between meals.

This medication should not be used by infants under 3 months of age. Patients with severe nausea or vomiting symptoms should also refrain from using this medication. Furthermore, it contains lactose, so patients with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Patients with hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, or edema should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients currently taking other medications should also consult a professional before use. Especially, elderly patients may require dose adjustments due to decreased bodily functions. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should also consult before taking. Patients with nausea or vomiting symptoms, those who have previously experienced allergic reactions to medications should be cautious, and infants under 1 year of age should receive medical attention first and should generally not take it unless in special circumstances. If any unusual symptoms such as swelling in the face or extremities, or increased blood pressure occur during use, immediately stop taking the medication and consult a professional. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, spasms, or paralysis appear, stop use and consult a doctor. If there are symptoms like skin rashes or itching, vomiting, or diarrhea, stop taking it and seek advice. If symptoms do not improve even after taking the medication for about a month, consult a professional. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it is advisable to consult a professional if taking for a long time. When administering to children, supervision by a caregiver is necessary. Caution should be taken when used together with potassium-containing preparations or medications containing licorice, as side effects may occur.
