This medication is used to improve symptoms of physical weakness, fatigue, loss of appetite, night sweats, cold extremities, and anemia following an illness.

How to take

Adult dose

For average adults, take 1 pouch (1 dose) 3 times a day before or between meals.

Precautions

This medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic condition that prevents the breakdown of lactose should not take it. People with hypertension, heart, or kidney diseases must consult with a specialist before taking this medication. Patients with swelling or those currently taking other medications should also consult a specialist before starting this medication. Elderly patients may require dose adjustments due to decreased body function, and women who are pregnant or may become pregnant also need to be cautious. Individuals who have previously experienced allergic reactions such as skin rashes or itching due to medications should consult with a specialist before using this drug. Those with weak gastrointestinal systems should be cautious as symptoms like loss of appetite, discomfort, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea may occur after taking this medication. In children, safety has not been sufficiently confirmed, so it is advisable not to administer it, except in special cases. If symptoms such as swelling, increased blood pressure, headache, muscle weakness, paralysis, skin rash, indigestion, or liver dysfunction occur during the course of taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after about one month of use, consulting a specialist is necessary. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly adhered to, and if long-term use is required, specialist guidance should be sought. Particularly, caution is needed when taking it with potassium-containing medications or those containing licorice, as muscle weakness or electrolyte abnormalities may occur.
