IlYang Noigel Suspension (Aluminosilicate Magnesium)

Adult dose

As Aluminum Silicate Magnesium, orally administer 0.5-1g per dose 3-4 times a day on an empty stomach. Adjust dosage appropriately according to age and symptoms.

This drug should be used with caution in patients with poor liver function. Patients with cardiac function issues should also be careful when using this drug. In patients with high magnesium levels in the blood, this drug can exacerbate symptoms, so it should be administered with caution. Taking this drug can affect the digestive system, and symptoms such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and dry mouth may occasionally occur. In the case of long-term or high-dose use, blood magnesium levels may rise, so if any abnormal symptoms arise, it is necessary to reduce the dosage or temporarily discontinue the drug. Additionally, skin itching may occasionally occur. This drug can interfere with the absorption of certain antibiotics, specifically tetracycline-class medications, so it is advisable not to take them together. Moreover, this drug can alter the environment within the digestive system, affecting the absorption or excretion of other medications, so caution is advised when taking other medications simultaneously.
