This medication is used to relieve various symptoms caused by the common cold. It reduces nasal discharge and nasal congestion to ease breathing, alleviates sneezing and sore throat to relieve throat discomfort, and calms cough and phlegm, helping to improve general symptoms such as chills and fever. It also reduces body ache symptoms such as headache, joint pain, and muscle pain, assisting the patient in returning to their daily life. It is effective in comprehensively alleviating various cold symptoms.
Dosage
Adults take 30mL three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating.
Precautions
This medication may place a burden on the liver, so individuals who consume more than three alcoholic drinks daily must consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Since it contains the ingredient acetaminophen, it may rarely cause severe skin reactions; if symptoms such as rash or itching occur, discontinue use immediately. Care should be taken not to exceed 4,000mg of acetaminophen daily, and it should not be taken with other medications containing the same ingredient. Those with allergies to this medication or its components, individuals who have experienced asthma, infants under three months old, or those taking certain antidepressants should avoid this medication. It is advisable not to take it in conjunction with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children who have had or are suspected to have chickenpox or flu, individuals with allergic tendencies, liver, kidney, or heart diseases, and pregnant or nursing women should consult a healthcare professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, urinary issues, severe skin reactions, or respiratory distress occur during use, discontinue and seek medical advice immediately. This medication should not be given to children under two years old, except in special cases, and the prescribed dosage and administration should always be followed. Avoid drinking alcohol during use, and be cautious not to operate vehicles or machinery as drowsiness may occur. The risk of side effects may increase when taken with certain medications, so caution is advised in such cases. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children, and should not be transferred to other containers for use.

Interactions
Do not take this with other products containing acetaminophen, MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson's drugs, etc.), cough expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines (oral medications for rhinitis, motion sickness medication, allergy medications). Consult a doctor when taking with diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturates, or tricyclic antidepressants.
