Relief of drowsiness
This medication is used to alleviate symptoms of drowsiness.
As an anhydrous caffeine, the usual dosage is 100-300 mg orally, 1-3 times a day. The dosage should be adjusted according to age and symptoms.
This medication contains lactose and should not be taken by individuals with a genetic inability to break down lactose. Patients with peptic ulcers, heart diseases, or glaucoma should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. In case of overdose, symptoms such as tremors, dizziness, palpitations, insomnia, anxiety, dilated pupils, arrhythmia, rapid heartbeat, and tinnitus may occur. If these symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. This medication may worsen chronic glaucoma; therefore, patients with glaucoma should exercise caution. Severe excitation of the central nervous system can be managed with short-acting barbiturate medications. Women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding should avoid prolonged use of this medication. Elderly patients may have impaired bodily functions and should take this medication cautiously, such as by reducing the dosage.

This medicine should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent air ingress, at a temperature between 1°C and 30°C at room temperature. Storing it this way helps maintain the effectiveness of the medicine and prevents degradation.
