How to take
Adult dose
Adults over 8 years old: 1 to 3 tablets per dose, once daily.
Child dose
Children over 8 years old: 1 to 3 tablets per dose, once daily.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals who have allergic reactions to this medication or its components. Additionally, infants under 3 months of age should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or hereditary disorders such as glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Avoid taking this medication concurrently with levodopa. Patients under medical treatment, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, infants, gout patients, or individuals with kidney stones should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Caution is advised as prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance. Long-term use of pyridoxine at doses from 500 mg to 2 g can cause peripheral nerve issues, so caution is required. Taking vitamin B12 beyond a certain dosage may cause hematological adverse reactions, so care should be taken. High-dose use may exacerbate peptic ulcers or cause blood sugar control issues, and may lead to increased uric acid levels or liver damage. If an overdose occurs by mistake, or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a professional immediately. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and adult supervision is required when giving it to children. Additionally, this medication may affect blood glucose measurements in certain urine tests and can change urine color to yellow, influencing test results. When storing, keep in a place inaccessible to children, protect from direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry, sealed container.
