About This Treatment
An incision is made along the brow line to remove excess sagging skin and is then sutured.
To prevent recurrence of sagging, the orbicularis oculi muscle is tightened and firmly anchored to the periosteum.
The incision location is designed either above or below the brow depending on the degree of eyelid sagging.
