In the consultation, they explained the current alignment of my teeth and bite issues, breaking down why braces were necessary in a way that was easy to understand. They compared different methods of braces, realistically explaining the pros and cons, duration, and costs, which helped me make a decision. I opted for a less noticeable option, and although it took a bit longer to attach the devices than I thought, the process itself wasn't very uncomfortable. The only downside was having to keep my mouth open for a long time, which was a bit tough. For the first couple of days after getting the devices on, I felt a bit of a foreign object sensation, and it was a bit uncomfortable eating, but I gradually got used to it. There was some pain, but it was manageable, and they had explained the precautions beforehand, so I was prepared.
