The facilities were very clean, and there was minimal waiting time, which was great! The director and the staff were very kind and explained everything well, so I brought a friend with me to start our treatment together. It was uncomfortable at first, but by the second or third week, I quickly adapted, and I'm looking forward to seeing the final results! I was scared it would hurt, but I was relieved that it didn't hurt, and I really appreciate the thorough explanations!
