The staff at the reception and the nurses were also friendly and guided me, which eased my nerves a lot. The doctor I saw was Director Jeong Choon-san. As soon as I entered the consultation room, he really attentively listened to my symptoms. He didn’t just ask where it hurt; he carefully checked when the pain started, what it felt like, and my usual lifestyle and posture, which made me trust him deeply. He explained step by step, in a way that someone like me could easily understand, what the status of my spine and muscles was based on the results from X-rays and other tests, and why I was experiencing this pain. I also really appreciated that he created a tailored treatment plan just for me, without any unnecessary additional treatments.
