I was traveling around Jeju and had ankle pain, so I visited the clinic for acupuncture and physical therapy, and now I’m continuing my trip.

I went in for wrist pain. The doctor is kind.

I thought it wouldn’t be much because it’s a traditional medicine clinic, but the acupuncture was great. I felt refreshed afterwards, and the staff was really kind.

Yesterday, I suddenly twisted my ankle while running. I had acupuncture and went home. The swelling has gone down and the pain feels better, but they recommended that I get focused treatment for a week. They also advised me to keep it warm.
