My shoulders kept getting tense and my arm hurt when I used it, so I went for a consultation and received treatment. It was a bit prickly when I got acupuncture, but after physical therapy, my arm seems to feel a bit better. I'm also doing some hot compresses at home, and it's getting better.

The staff were friendly and explained everything well, which was great.
The hospital facilities are really nice and comfortable, and the doctor and nurses are very friendly.
