The doctor explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, so I was really satisfied. Plus, the nurses were very kind. When I'm paying out of pocket, I get upset if the staff is rude, and I wouldn't want to come back, but everyone here was so nice that I'd love to visit again. I
