I’ve always found it difficult to manage my diet consistently, and since I also love snacks, dieting on my own was never easy. This time, I had a consultation at Jayeongwa Korean Medicine Clinic and was prescribed diet medication. I liked that they asked detailed questions about my usual lifestyle and eating habits and explained everything based on my current condition. I was also able to comfortably ask about anything I was curious about, and the consultation didn’t feel pressuring at all. It hasn’t been long since I started taking the medication, so I’ll need to watch the results a little longer, but this time I’m planning to manage my eating habits along with the help of the medication. Rather than going on an extreme, starvation-based diet, my goal is to steadily manage my weight in a healthy way until I reach my target. I’m looking forward to seeing the changes and plan to work hard at managing my weight!

I have allergies, so I can't take just any medication, but here it's not a problem.
